Instead of the dark violet floral bridal bouquet that we had expected, we're presented with a succession of Calla lily arrangements. I think that calla lilies make fantastic floral arrangements for weddings, but they did not go along with anything. They clashed horribly. All the guests were polite about it, but I cannot believe that no-one noticed!
